A Basílica do Santuário Nacional da Santíssima Virgem de Ta' Pinu (em maltês: Santwarju Bażilika tal-Madonna ta' Pinu) é uma basílica menor católica romana e santuário nacional localizado a cerca de 700 metros de Għarb, na ilha de Gozo, a ilha irmã de Malta.
O Papa Pio XI concedeu um decreto pontifício de coroação, “Marianum exstat Sanctuarium” para sua venerada imagem mariana, a Santíssima Virgem de Ta' Pinu, em 24 de maio de 1935. O Arcebispo de Tarso, Cardeal Alexis Lépicier, assinou e notificou o decreto através da Sagrada Congregação de Ritos. A coroação da imagem ocorreu em 20 de junho de 1935.

The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu (Maltese: Santwarju Bażilika tal-Madonna ta' Pinu) is a Roman Catholic minor basilica and national shrine located some 700 metres (2,300 ft) from the village of Għarb on the island of Gozo, the sister island of Malta.
Pope Pius XI granted a Pontifical decree of coronation, “Marianum exstat Sanctuarium” towards its venerated Marian image, the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu on 24 May 1935. The Archbishop of Tarsus, Cardinal Alexis Lépicier signed and notarized the decree via the Sacred Congregation of Rites. The coronation of the image took place on 20 June 1935.
